Paul is founder and President of LimnoTech, a national water science and engineering firm that has helped clients solve their water challenges since 1975. Paul has worked on hundreds of projects in over three dozen states and seven countries for clients including federal agencies, municipalities and industries. His research and consulting have focused primarily on water quality including modeling; lake and watershed management; stream restoration; contaminated sediments and groundwater, wet weather issues including stormwater CSO and SSO; TMDL; permitting; sustainability; and many other issues.
Formed in 1928, the Water Environment Federation (WEF) is a not-for-profit technical and educational organization more than 35,000 individual members and 81 affiliated Member Associations representing an additional 50,000 water quality professionals throughout the world.
